How do I care for my Luxulent candle?

Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges. Never leave a burning candle unattended. When done with burning place cork ball on top of the candle be sure it is placed securely so the flame may be extinguished. let it sit until your ready to light the fame again.

How long should I burn my candle?

We recommend burning your candle for 2–4 hours at a time for the best performance and an even burn. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

How strong are Luxulent fragrances?


Our fragrances are designed to provide a beautiful, balanced scent. Strength may vary depending on the fragrance, room size, and ventilation.

How long does delivery take?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via the contact page or directly at support@luxulent.net within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Can I return or exchange my candle?

Returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy. For hygiene reasons, used or opened fragrance products may not be eligible. Contact us via Contact Page or refer back our refund policy.

Are luxulent candles safe ?

Absolutely! Our candles are made of 70% bees wax and 30% soy wax meaning that they are safe for your space and environment!

Absolutely! Our candles are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, special occasions, or simply showing someone you care — and they’re just as perfect for creating your own personal Luxulent moments.

We ship with USPS. Please make sure your address is able to receive USPS deliveries. If USPS does not deliver to your area, please use your PO Box.
