Luxulent candle purchases are final sale, except for qualifying situations described in our Shipping, Returns & Order Protection Policy.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not available because of a change of mind, personal preference, dislike of a fragrance, an unwanted gift, or selecting the wrong scent, size, or quantity.

Candles are products that require proper use and care.

Always follow the candle safety instructions provided with your purchase. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and do not use a candle in a manner inconsistent with its safety instructions.
