Growing up, I’ve always loved beautiful things.

I was the girl who made her own drinks and poured lemonade into a cylinder wine glass just because it felt special. I would plate my food beautifully, even though I knew it would be gone within seconds. I wore pearl bracelets, styled my hair, and got ready for bed as if I was checking into a five-star hotel.
I created moments.
Looking back, I realize it was never really about the things themselves. It was about how those small details made me feel. I wanted every part of my everyday life to feel comfortable, calming, and intentional. Even when I didn’t have the money for luxury, I found ways to create a space that made me feel like I was floating on cloud nine.
And that, to me, is what luxury truly is.
Luxury isn’t always about what you own. Sometimes it’s about how you experience your life.
I’ve always believed in elevating the everyday — turning ordinary moments into something meaningful. Now, not everyone understood it. Some people would say, “Relax,” “Calm down,” or “Take a chill pill.”
But that’s the beauty of it.
Not everyone will understand the way you choose to create peace for yourself. You have to stay true to who you are and continue shaping a life that feels like home.

The Scents Behind the Story
The first Luxulent collection was inspired by three things that have always held a special place in my heart: vanilla, citrus, and flowers.
Vanilla
Vanilla has always been a staple in my life. I’ve always been a gourmand girl, and honestly, I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
There is something comforting, warm, and nostalgic about vanilla. It feels like softness. It feels like home.
Flowers
Flowers have always been my favorite way to bring life and beauty into a space.
They represent growth, femininity, and the beauty of becoming. There is something special about the way flowers can instantly change the energy of a room. They remind us to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us.
I wanted to capture that feeling in a candle — the joy, elegance, and warmth that flowers bring.
And while nothing can replace the beauty of fresh flowers, I wanted to create something that allows that feeling to last a little longer.
Citrus
Citrus was inspired by my love for the Caribbean and my upbringing in St. Thomas.
The island will always be a part of me. The warmth, the colors, the energy, and the culture shaped the way I see beauty.
The names and inspiration behind these scents pay homage to Caribbean influences and the memories that made me who I am.
